Perry Binder, J.D. is a legal studies professor in Georgia with over twenty years of teaching experience. His interactive presentations, book, and Crazy Classroom blog are dedicated to inspiring teachers to do what they do best – teach!
In 2008, Perry received his college's MBA student Crystal Apple Teaching Award. In 2005, he received its Teaching Excellence Award. In addition, he received the Dade County (FL) Bar Association's Pro Bono Award for service to individuals unable to afford legal counsel. Finally, Perry volunteers for the After-School All-Stars, a program which facilitates innovative programming for at-risk Atlanta middle school students.
Perry is a former litigation attorney and radio talk show host who frequently appears in the media, including USA Today, Associated Press, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Christian Science Monitor, AP Radio, CBS Radio, Court TV Radio, and ESPN Classic.
